Mark Ziebold is a California attorney and the president of Ziebold Law Group, PC, in Irvine. Mark Ziebold also serves as a partner with Family Office Law, LLC. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, asset protection, charitable planning, and tax planning.

In addition, Mr. Ziebold helps individuals, families, and business owners with estate planning and related trust matters. His background includes assisting with business and nonprofit entity formation, providing private fiduciary services for irrevocable trusts, and gift, income, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning. He has also worked with attorneys and other professionals on complex estate planning strategies.

Mr. Ziebold is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning, trust, and probate law, as well as in taxation. He is one of fewer than 100 California attorneys with both specializations. He has also earned designations as a Certified Asset Protection Planner and Certified Wealth Preservation Planner. Selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, he co-authored the book Asset Protection Strategies and Forms for a number of years.

Mr. Ziebold holds a juris doctor and a master of laws in taxation from the Chapman University School of Law. In addition, he earned a bachelor arts in economics from Baylor University.
